PUBLIC NOTICE
The Okeechobee County Value Adjustment Board will hold hearings on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at the Judge Hendry Courtroom in the Historic Court House located at 304 NW 2nd Street, Okeechobee, Florida.
Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Value Adjustment Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purposes, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of such proceedings is made, which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
