PUBLIC NOTICE
The Okeechobee County Board of County Commissioners will hold its Regular Session on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Okeechobee County Historic Courthouse in the "Judge William L. Hendry Courtroom" located at 304 NW 2nd Street, Okeechobee, Florida.
Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purposes, he or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of such proceedings is made, which record shall include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act, persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding should contact the County Administrator’s Office not later than four (4) days prior to the proceeding at 304 NW 2nd Street, Room 123, Okeechobee, Florida 34972, or call 863.763.6441.
